Last Updated: May 21, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and guidelines governing the use of the digital menu SaaS platform DaalBhat QR Menu (the "Service") operated by DaalBhat QR ("we", "us", or "our").

This Policy applies to all users, restaurants, cafes, bars, and businesses (collectively, "Users") who access or use the Service at https://daalbhatqr.com.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with this Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, immediately and without notice.

1. Core Principles

The Service is designed to allow restaurants and hospitality businesses to present their menus digitally to their customers. To ensure a safe, reliable, and legal environment for all users, you must:

  • Obey all local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Respect the intellectual property, privacy, and safety of others.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Platform.
  • Avoid uploading deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful information.

2. Content Standards & Responsibility

You retain ownership of the menu content, descriptions, and images you upload. However, you are solely responsible for all content associated with your account.

A. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, post, or share any menu item, description, or image that:

  • Is Illegal or Regulated: Promotes or sells illegal substances, illegal weapons, human trafficking, or services that violate local laws.
  • Infringes Intellectual Property: Uses logos, brand names, or copyrighted photographs (e.g., stock food photos, photos from other restaurants) without having the explicit legal right, license, or permission to do so.
  • Is Deceptive or Fraudulent: Intentionally misleads customers about prices, ingredients, allergen presence, or weights.
  • Is Harmful or Offensive: Displays graphic violence, explicit sexual content, hate speech, or harassment.
  • Violates Privacy: Contains personal identification information of individuals without their consent.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service, or allow others to use the Service, to:

A. System Abuse and Security Violations

  • Malicious Code: Upload, inject, or distribute viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any code designed to damage, disrupt, or intercept the Service or user devices scanning your QR codes.
  • Vulnerability Testing: Attempt to probe, scan, test, or bypass the vulnerability of our systems, networks, or authentication protocols without our prior written consent.
  • DDoS and Traffic Overload: Engage in activities that impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, such as Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks, spamming requests, or automated scraping that degrades system performance.
  • Circumvention: Attempt to bypass platform limits, subscriptions, or paywalls (e.g., creating multiple accounts to avoid subscription fees).

B. Misuse of QR Code Services

  • Redirect Abuse: Create QR codes that point to phishing sites, malware downloads, or websites unrelated to your restaurant's digital menu.
  • Impersonation: Impersonate another business, brand, or restaurant to deceive customers or competitors.
  • Spamming: Create numerous empty menus or generate QR codes for spamming or non-commercial, non-menu purposes.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We do not pre-screen or actively monitor all content uploaded to the Service. However, we reserve the right to review content and activities to ensure compliance with this Policy.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Policy, we may take any of the following actions:

  • Content Removal: Edit or permanently delete any prohibited content, descriptions, or images from your menu without prior notice.
  • Account Suspension: Temporarily suspend your access to the dashboard and disable public access to your digital menus and QR codes.
  • Account Termination: Permanently close your account, terminate your subscription, and delete your data, with no refund or compensation.
  • Legal Action: Report illegal activities to local law enforcement authorities and cooperate with investigations (including sharing account details, IP addresses, and upload logs in accordance with the law).

5. Reporting Violations

If you discover any content or activity on our platform that you believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately:
